How to turn on standard output pane in 15.0?

In oxygen 15.0 I'm running the DITA Open Toolkit and I can't get the log output to display as it runs. This was turned on by default in Oxygen 14.2. How do I turn it on? I don't even know what to call it so I'm not sure what to search for in the help.

Hi,
In Oxygen 15.0 the console output is shown automatically only if the output generation fails.
You can edit each used transformation scenario and in the Output tab you can set the Show Console Output option to Always.
In Oxygen 15.1 (in a couple of weeks) if the output console is not shown the status panel will have a small "More details" button which you will be able to click and show the console.

Hi,
Just to update this thread, in Oxygen 17 you have a special DITA preferences page in which you can set the console output to be always showing during the transformation.
