Duplicate Line(s)

Oxygen is great for editing XML and XSL.
However, I am missing a very usefull Eclipse Shortcut: Duplicate Line(s)

In Eclispe:
CTRL + ALT + UP
or
CTRL + ALT + DOWN
copys the active line(s) and inserts them above/below the active line(s). This function keeps the selection and the clipboard as is.

Of cause this can be done by
- mark whole line (or section)
- copy
- unmark line
- paste
but the shortcut is much more convenient and keeps the clipboard and selection.

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback.

I've logged your feature request to our issue tracking tool. This could either be built into Oxygen or it could be implemented as an Oxygen plugin.
We'll let you know as soon as we have a working solution.

Regards,
Adrian

Hi,

By the way, in case you were not aware, Oxygen also has a plugin available for Eclipse:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/download_oxyge ... os=Eclipse

The Eclipse plugin inherits all the Eclipse editing features which include this duplicate line feature.

Adrian

Had this feature been implemented yet in the standalone Oxygen XML editor?

Hi,

While still not part of Oxygen, a DuplicateLine plugin that implements this feature is available for v15.1 and later. More details and a download link are available here:
Ctrl-Alt-UpArrow/DownArrow

Adrian
