Android versions?

Are there any plans to develop Android tablet (and/or iPad) apps for oXygen (is it even possible?). I anticipate XML authoring could become very slick if there is multi-touch functionality (I'm thinking 'drag-and-drop' or 'tap' XML tagging).

Hi,

Oxygen is a Java application and unfortunately there is no support yet for Java applications both on Android and IPad.

We also have the possibility to bundle Oxygen as a Java applet:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/demo/AuthorDem ... ments.html

or to start it using Java WebStart but again the browsers which come with Android and IPad have no support for embedding Java applets.

Unfortunately we have a lot of features (evolved over the last 9-10 years) so it's quite difficult to port the Oxygen Java to other code format supported on such devices..

Regards,
