WSDL support would be great.

I'm authoring a bunch of SOAP service definitions on OSX. I have to use XMLSpy Enterprise Edition (via Virtual PC) to be able to validate my WSDL.

I'd much prefer to use oxygen!! (All XMLSpy is good for is auto generating schema diagrams).

Cheers,
Simon

Hi Simon,

Oxygen supports editing of WSDL documents, only that you should specify the schema for each namespace you use. It offer validation and code insight across namespaces, for instance inside a wsdl:types element you will see also elements from xml schema namespace.

You can easily create a new WSDL document using the new from templates action and select Web Services Definition Language entry.

In future releases we will allow the users to associate schemas to namespaces and oXygen will use the corresponding schema even if is is not specified in the document.

Best Regards,
George
