"Tear of" editor windows

It would be nice to be able to "tear of" an editor window (by dragging the tab?) and place at a different screen. Would make it easier to view two files side by side.

Right now(v11.x) you can drag an dock side by side one or more editor windows but only inside the application window.
We do have this feature request already on our issue tracking tool. I'll add your vote to it.
