Hello,

it would be nice to enable 'tags display mode' shortcuts (defined in Preferences|Menu Shortcut Keys) also from text mode. After using the defined combination of keys Oxygen could automatically switch to the Author mode and show tags accordingly.

Hi Jan,

The tags actions are only specific to the Author page.
My suggestion for you is to assign a keyboard shortcut for quickly switching to the Author page.
You can open the Menu Shortcut Keys preferences page, sort by the "Category" and look for the Edit mode category. You will find all switch (Text/Grid/Design/Author) actions and you will be able to assign keyboard shortcuts to them.

So with two keyboard shortcuts you should be able to achieve the desired behavior.
