Hi Jammy,
Version 11 will have XSLT documentation support but we decided for something different than XSLT Style.
The main idea with the XSLT documentation that we will provide is that it will give something useful even if there is no user description added to the stylesheets.
The documentation will use comments before a component as user description of that component. We defined also a very simple language for writing the user descriptions. While it is simple it contains good support for linking - one can refer to other components by name and type or can define a documentation ID in a stylesheet and link to that.
The documentation output will be in an XML format and we will provide stylesheets to convert that to XHTML - the user can provide also a custom stylesheet to convert that to whatever other format.
Best Regards,
George

Sorry, to answer your question: no, XSLStyle was not integrated in 10.3. Please note however that you can integrate that easily, as it is just a stylesheet that you need to apply on your XSLT file.
