SVN Client tag/branch dialog improvements

Working Copy has the operation Modify > Branch/Tag... available, but Repository does not. In Repository you can, however, use Copy... to achieve the same result. I think Repository should also have the Branch/Tag... available.
The Branch/Tag dialog could also be simplified a bit. Right now it's a copy dialog that doesn't really have any special treatment for tags or branches. The dialog could be split to two different dialogs, Tag and Branch and both dialogs would have a single input field, name of the tag or branch, respectively, source revision like in the current dialog, and comment message. An example could be Subversive.
If Branch/Tag was simplified, the plain Copy dialog may need to be extended to also include the source revision selection. That way the tagging/branching dialog would the simple and restricted copy, and the normal copy would be the advanced copy tool.
