WSDL management

I like the Oxygen schema management features but I would really like to see more WSDL management/creation features. Creating WSDL in the latest version of NetBeans is much easier than Oxygen. Some of the features in NetBeans I find most useful are:
WSDL creation wizard (add WSDL document to project)
Partner view of WSDL (very useful terse view of the WSDL)
WSDL view (browser showing types, imports, messages, services, etc)
Wizards to through the process of adding types, messages, etc
I would like to do all of my XML management in Oxygen but I find myself switching to NetBeans when I'm dealing with WSDL.
regards,
Andy
