Remote file location for framework supporting files

I'm sure this has been asked for before, but: My organization is considering using oXygen for XML editing in a networked environment; each editor would have a copy of the software, but we would like to be able to have the DTD file, CSS file, and other information supporting a custom-built Document Type Association framework in a central location accessible to all on the network, so that changes could be made to that without requiring a redistribution of the supporting files to be installed on every user's machine. As near as I can tell from the documentation, that can't be done with oXygen at present (though I'd love to be told I'm wrong); instead, all framework-associated files need to be in a specific directory structure in the local user's frameworks directory.
Am I correct in this interpretation? If so, is there a plan to make the supporting files, such as DTD and CSS, be more transportable?
Thanks,
Stewart
