Oxygen XML Forum

Is there any activity on making available an Oxygen add-on for the Music Encoding Initiative schema? Back in 2016 there was something that looked promising, but it doesn't seem to be available yet. Alternatively, has anyone experience of creating an Oxygen framework for it?
