Hi,
The current version of oXygen does not support WebDAV. Anyway we have work in progress in this direction and we plan to support WebDAV.
Best Regards,
George

Do you have any updates on the target date for when this might be included? My organization will be evaluating XML editors to use for a collaborative project to begin this autumn, and WebDAV support in oXygen would be a strong point in its favor.
Thanks,

Hi David,
The WebDAV support will be available from version 2.1 which will be the following release after 2.0.3 we plan to make in less than 2 weeks. The 2.1 release will be probably in October but the FTP and WebDAV/HTTP support is about 90% already done so it will be finalized early after the 2.0.3 release - if you are interested in early access to this just let me know.
AFAIK on Mac you can also map WebDAV folders into the file system and access then the files as regular file system files.
Also you may also consider the Eclipse plugin version that has most of the features of the desktop version and can benefit from the Eclipse features and from the plugins available for Eclipse, for instance CVS, WebDAV, Visual Source Safe and diff support. The current Eclipse plugin version does not work on Mac (we tested it successfully on Windows and Linux with Eclipse 2.1 and Eclipse 3.0 M1) but we are working to indentify and solve the problems on Mac.
Best Regards,
George

Oxygen and WebDAV work very well together under Mac OS X. The only catch we've seen so far is no support in the operating system for https connections.
If you have any specific questions, let me know. We've been using this combination for about six months now.

At the university of Oslo we are evaluating XML-editors with secure webdav support. Will the 2.1 version of Oxygen support webdav over https?
