We often send our customers PDF versions of our topics for review. Although we use Oxygen's Track Changes feature, we do not want the PDFs to display the tracked changes. We only want customers to see the final version of a topic after changes have been accepted. From what I can determine, Oxygen only has a parameter (in PDF transformation scenarios) to display or not display the tracked changes in the PDF output. It would be great if there were a parameter in the PDF transformation scenarios to display the final version in the generated PDF. I am familiar with a workaround to use Oxygen's print feature and print to a PDF file. Unfortunately, that workaround produces a PDF of the source file instead of the output the user normally sees.

When that parameter to show track changes in the PDF is turned off, the PDF displays the content as if it is accepted/final. You can test this yourself, make an insertion with track, changes, make a deletion and then publish to PDF.
