WYSIWYG

I am a little stunned by the functionality already provided. However, I need a tool that will provide the user with a word processor style of editing, i.e. hiding tags, etc.

Ideally, the user would be able to edit the xml template / document in a given style, although anything that provides WYSIWYG would be useful.

Can you achieve this with oxygen? That is hide all tages, etc. and edit the content??

Thx in anticipation

Dear Steve,

All you can do now with oXygen is to lock the tags (see the Xml->Locks/Unlocks the XML Tags action), that is the document structure will became uneditable and the user will be allowed to edit only the text content. You can also use a light gray color for tags, attributes and attribute values to "hide" them.

Best Regards,
George

For nearly double the price you can check out XMLMind

But really ...
if you dudes could bump up to wysiwyg then I would argue that it is vital that the eclipse plugin should have as much weight (in the form of a perspective or view) as the standalone app.

Please Oh Please check out XMLMind
and whack it for six (Aus/NZ)
or open a can of whoopass (US)

I'd rather buy Romanian software (in fact I already have)
