I looked in the list of customizable shortcuts and could not find this. To be clear, I want to be able to select an element, and use a shortcut key to instantly remove all conditional profiling attributes.

Hi,
We do not have such an action by default, I will add an internal issue to consider this for a future version. If it gets implemented, I will update this forum thread.
We do have the possibility to add custom actions for editing a specific XML framework. So a custom Author action could invoke a small Javascript code which could use our API to remove all profiling attributes from the current selected element. If you want to explore this I could try to give you more details.
Regards,
Radu

No, that's OK - I need it for many different projects.
Thanks for considering it for a future release.
