I would love the ability to pretty print selected text rather than an entire document. When working on large documents with CVS, pretty print alters sections that I have technically not edited causing confilcts when trying to commit to CVS. BBEdit has the ability to format just a selection rather than the entire document.

Oxygen offers support for pretty printing a selection, try "Indent selection" from the contextual menu.
