WS-I Basic Profile

Are there plans to incorporate WS-I Basic Profile conformance validation in the product?

<oXygen/> already supports the specifications required by WS-I Basic Profile 1.1: XML 1.0, XML Schema Part 1 and 2, WSDL 1.2 for validation of WSDL definition documents, SOAP 1.1, UDDI 2.0, HTTP 1.1 for sending SOAP requests. So I think interoperable Web services can be developed and tested easily in <oXygen/>. Conformance to some guidelines of the WS-I Basic Profile specification, like correct usage of the wsdl:import feature and the order of the top-level WSDL elements is not validated yet in the current version of <oXygen/> (version 7.2) so you will have to take care of them.
