Insert Table Title prompt

In the docbook framework Insert Table dialog, we would like control on the default status of the "Title" checkbox. In our instance, most tables are informal, so our writers have to constantly uncheck the box.

Hi Steve,
From what I know in Oxygen 18.1 we added persistence for this setting so that once you uncheck it it will remain uncheck in later invocations of the dialog, even if you close Oxygen in the meantime.
If this is not enough, the entire Java code we have for the Docbook customization (all the implementation for the custom operations) is available in our Author SDK so you could make changes to that Java code and pack your own "docbook.jar" library which has your custom changes for that dialog.
