Visual XML-to-XML mapping for XSLT generation

Hello,

Are there any plans to implement an XML-to-XML mapping GUI tool for XSLT generation such as:

- http://www.adeptia.com/xml_mapper/xml_mapper.html
- http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml_mapper.html
or
- http://jamper.sourceforge.net/

Some of these tools are free, but I think your product's value can go up with such an addition. We are already using oXygen and we would love to see this feature integrated in a future release. Even though we can use the 3rd party open source tools, it's nice to have everything in the same tool.

BTW, kudos on your current release. We are sure to use many of its' features and the price makes it extremely competitive.

Regards,

GS

Really, is no one interested in this (?!?!) or is it that it's already been discussed here? Am I missing something?

Hello everyone,

was there any update on this topic?

For anyone maintaining large and/or complex schemas, with multiple versions, it could be really useful to create mappings in an efficient way so that schema users can see how to upgrade their data to the latest version.

:D

I would like to vote for visual XML to XML matter using XSL-T too. And moreover not only for XML to XML, but also from and to structured data source like XML, text one defined using DFDL (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_Form ... n_Language), JDBC, etc. Regards, Stepan
