Print setup features

It would be valuable if there was a better print setup feature other than the percentage size to print (that is cool though).
OxygenXml Needs:
1. saving of print margins in the print setup
2. setting/saving of font size and type for printing in the print setup
3. freeform setting/saving of print header/footer in print setup
4. ability to "pretty print" xml/xsl to bold elements and attribute names
Make sure all of this saves
