Introduce shortcut keys to the Japanese GUI

Hi,
For a long time I used oXygen with English GUI. When I switched it into Japanese GUI, I found that there are inconvenient features. The most important problem is menu/dialog shortcut key.
If I want save current edited files as another file name, I will type ALT+F+A (File-Save As). It works fine in English GUI. But it does not work in Japanese GUI because there are no shortcut keys defined for menu.
I uploaded both screen shots into OneDrive. Here are URLs.

Also it is the same in the dialog button. When I want search word across files, I will type CTRL+SHIFT+H and ALT+F. This works in English GUI dialog but does not work in Japanese GUI dialog.

Shortcut key is very important in editing works. Please introduce shortcut key into Japanese GUI.
For your reference this is the XMetal menu that have shortcut keys. The Japanese shortcut key definition is bit different from English. Usually shortcut character is defined by surrounding "(" and ")".
