Errors after installing the latest TEI framework

I've installed the latest TEI framework release from the oxygen-tei project on Google, and since I did that, I've been getting an error.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update the TEI framework in Oxygen 13.2 using the download from oxygen-tei.
2. Start Oxygen.
3. See this error message: Severity: error
Description: Couln't load custom Extensions Bundle from class: ro.sync.ecss.extensions.tei.TEIP5ExtensionsBundle because: Could not load class: ro.sync.ecss.extensions.tei.TEIP5ExtensionsBundle
ro.sync.ecss.extensions.tei.TEIP5ExtensionsBundle
This is using Oxygen 13.2 on Ubuntu 12.04 with Gnome 3.4. I also have the latest TEI Debian packages installed.
I've reported this as an issue on the oxygen-tei site, but it seems to be the only issue ever reported, and I get the impression there isn't a lot of traffic there. Also let Sebastian Rahtz know.
