Hi,

I've got a DITA topic where I've inserted a couple of images. Whenever I scroll the page in Author view, the entire Oxygen window become corrupt. I.e., the image stretches and bits of it show up in different spots. The text after the image is displayed underneath the image, etc.

I'm using Oxygen 11.2 on Linux with Sun's Java:

java version "1.6.0_24"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_24-b07)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 19.1-b02, mixed mode)

Any ideas?

Hello,

This problem could be a JRE compatibility issue. Have you tried installing and running the Linux distribution of Oxygen with built-in JRE?
You can find it in our software archive:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/software_archive_editor.html
Linux 32/64 bit (Includes Java VM 1.6.0_16)
Choose the kit for the appropriate architecture(32/64 bit) of your operating system.

If you've already installed and are running the Linux distribution with built-in JRE and the problem persists, please use the Help -> Report Problem action to submit an error report.

Regards,
Adrian

Hi,

Thanks for the help. It turns out the problem is the with the proprietary ATI video driver. I switched to the open source radeon driver and the problem went away.

Cheers,
Mark
