Cannot enter license in eclipse help menu

I do not see anywhere to put the trial license in the eclipse plugin version of this product, perhaps there are some more clear instructions?

If the plugin has been successfully installed the license registration dialog should pop-up when opening an XML file for example.
Or:
You can go to the Eclipse Preferences->Oxygen or Preferences->Author page depending on what plugin you have installed and click the Register button.
If in the Help->About Eclipse there is no Oxygen icon then it's possible the plugin installation was not successful.
