DITA editing

Edit properties of a Map.

After having set the Navigation title to locktitle="yes" via the GUI, it isn't possible anymore to unlock it. You need to go to the other views to change it.

It isn't an issue in the stand-alone version of Oxygen XML Editor.

Right you are, we'll probably fix this issue in time for Oxygen 11.2 (couple of weeks).
