collapsed tags?

Is there a setting somewhere in Oxygen where I can make a file "remember" collapsed tags? That is to say, I'd the file to remember that I have collapsed a set of tags. I currently have a file that is over 900 lines long (a DITA conref file). I have included xml comment tags above each conref, but I'd like to be able to collapse the tags below each comment, so that the file is easier to parse. Is this possible in the 11.0 author version?

Hello,

The folded state is remembered in Text mode but not in Author mode. We will extend this feature that remembers the folded state also to Author mode in a future version.

I'm using Eclipse 3.4.2 with the Author 11 plugin, and it won't hold the "collapsed" state after I save the file and reopen it. To get them collapseed, I merely clicked on the minus sign in the left hand column in text view.

You are right, in the Eclipse plugin the collapsed state is not stored. We plan to add this feature also in the Eclipse plugin in a future version. In the current version (11.0) it is available only in the Author standalone application.
