Sometimes temporary file remains locked after XSLT chain applying. More precisely, when an error occurs in the beginning of XSLT chain. The consequence is that the XSLT transformation fails to start until either the editor is closed/opened or different transformation scenario is selected. (The latter is not sufficient yet sometimes …)

We were not able to reproduce this problem. Please post here or send at support@oxygenxml.com a sample that shows this behavior.

Oops! I can't reproduce the error any more. A bulk of changes made since, it's hard to reproduce the situation exactly. I'll send a sample if the problem appear again.
