Hi,

Running the oxygen eclipse plugin, on Eclipse M8.

a) oxygen gives me an ArrayOutOfBoundsException in the problem pane when I do a wellformed check on my documents. Ah, it does it even when it validates your sample documents (sample.xml)
b) Once, when I did a 'validate', I got a null pointer exception in a dialog box.
c) Nothing is put onto Eclipse's log, so I don't know where the error is.
d) I get a few other spurious errors like "Can't save options as pane discarded" or something like that.

I guess oxygen 3.1 M6 doesn't work on Eclipse M8 (on Mac OS X)??

Regards,
Jon

Hi Jon,

Eclipse 3 milestones used to break plugins developed against previous milestone releases. I think this is the case also with M8. We will look into M8 changes and adapt our code to it then we will make a build for M8 available.

Best Regards,
George

Hello,

I have downloaded the Eclipse M8 and I have installed the Oxygen plugin. It works fine, except some minor layout problems. Can you tell me what Mac OS X version do you use? What is the Java VM version? I use OS X 10.3.3 Panther and the Java build 1.4.2_03-117.1

Dan
