Where does oxygen store it document preferences assoication in window vista. I need it to deploy to another machines which I hope to have the same setting.

Hello,
To copy or move a document type on other machine you should
set the document type as external (storage external). An external document type is saved in a file that you specify as you can see in
the example of the User Manual.
