WinXP, Oxy 9.2 (and in previous versions)

Is there any way to change the way Oxygen's dialog windows (e.g. using the Configure Transformation Scenario) so that they don't "lock" the functioning of help window?

It's incredibly irritating that the two windows can't peacefully co-exist and work independently. In order to use the help window, even to scroll in the same topic, Oxygen's dialog windows need to be closed. This makes referring to the help when setting options extremely difficult. The dynamic help window seems to suffer from the same defect.

You should start the help system in a different window with the shortcut Oxygen User Manual available on the Start menu -> Programs menu in the Oxygen program group. That shortcut starts a separate window with the User Manual which does not depend on modal dialogs opened and closed in the Oxygen application.

The User Manual window can also be started with the script [Oxygen-install-folder]/userManual.bat.
