Incorrectly formed element being inserted in Author view

(DITA) One of my users has somehow ended up in a situation where every time he inserts a fig element in the Author view, a malformed ID is automatically included in the element. I expect he's accidentally saved it as some kind of a default template, but I can't find the feature or where to clear his settings for it. Anyone got a pointer?

Made a video of what's happening. It's weird. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iC1zxWAJGDY

Hi,

It's not very clear from the recording, but it seems to me the same ID is inserted every time. Right? And is it inserted exclusively for "fig" elements?

Has the user perhaps tried to customize the content completion? See https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... osals.html.

Best wishes,

Yes, same ID every time, but as it turns out, it's not just for fig elements; does the same thing to note elements.
An accidental Content Completion setting was my first thought too, but I've I've returned his system to its defaults and the problem persists.

Hi Jeff,
Looking at the video, you seem to have a CMS integration plugin installed in Oxygen (maybe SDL?). Please address first this question to the CMS vendor, the CMS integration plugin may use our APIs to control a lot of the editing functionality in Oxygen, for example they may have decided to create unique ID values on certain elements based on certain criteria and there may be a bug in their plugin which generates this invalid ID value (from the video it seems it has spaces in it if I'm not mistaken).
