How Can I Create Link in Document?

Hi!
I wonder how to create a link to a specific place in a document that is in a different topic?

Hi,
As first step you should assign an id attribute value to the XML element to which you want to link using Oxygen's Attributes view.
Then from the other topic use the ""Cross Reference" toolbar action to select the target topic and element, then insert a link to it.
