Support of CSS text-transform property

I am unable to transform an element text to uppercase with CSS. Is the text-transform property implemented in XML oxygen 9?
Hello,
No, the text-transform CSS property is not supported yet as you can read in the User Manual. We will implement this CSS property in a future version.
The User Manual is also available in the oXygen application from menu Help -> Help. Just open the Help dialog and enter the 'text-transform' keyword in the Search field.
