Is there any easy way to physically rename the topic files to match the current topic titles?

Why this is necessary: over time, the titles of a number of topics begin to diverge from the physical name of their files and this causes inconvenience. And you have to manually refactor each topic to bring it into line.

Is it possible to do this in some automatic way, for all topics at once?
