Hi all!
In the process of working on a document, it happens that the names of the topics change and no longer correspond to the names of the physical files of the topics on the hard drive.
This is quite inconvenient, especially when it comes to linking.
Is there some way to quickly, automatically rename all topic files so that they match the appropriate titles of topics?

I'm afraid we do not have such a feature, I added an internal issue for it, pasting the internal issue ID for future reference:
EXM-52092 Make it easier to rename topics based on their updated titles
One inconvenient when modifying DITA topic file names is that if you are publishing HTML, the file name becomes the name of the equivalent HTML file. And if you have links from other websites to one of your userguide's HTML topics, those links may become broken if the HTML equivalent of the published topic changes its file name name.
