Hello,
One of my team members is getting this error when opening any map. I tried creating a new map in Oxygen and got this same error. Can you please help me resolve this problem?

Hi,

You should open the "Preferences" dialog (by invoking "Options > Preferences...") and look in two pages:
1) "DITA" page. Was the path to the DITA Open Toolkit modified to point to a custom DITA Open Toolkit installation? If so, does that installation still exist?
2) "Document Type Association" page. Are the "DITA" and "DITA Map" framework associations present? Are they also enabled/checked?

Hello, thank you for the information. We are in the process of installing a custom plug in with a specific DITA OT installation, Looks like he had the custom OT button selected but had not installed the OT in that location yet. So, we just selected the default and it works fine.

Can I ask you an unrelated question? What software is used to generated these forums? I need to create a similar capability to manage publications change requests at work.
