Every time I try to show pallette view from the window > show view menu on my properly formatted XML document, I get the following error: This view is not currently available. Possible reasons: it may be incompatible with the current file or with the selected editing mode.

Hi Jack,

The Palette view is specific to editing XML Schema and JSON Schema documents:
https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... ry=palette
so this is why it is not available for editing generic XML documents.
