Hi, I have a problem once the installation is complete. The window to enter the licence information never pop up when one user is logon to the machine, the progess indicate 2 % then nothing happen. I try login with another user account and the window is there. Can it be something with the profile ?
Thanks,

Hello,
This happened for some users when the file browser dialog is initialized on the startup of the oXygen application. Is there any Windows Explorer extension installed for that user? Maybe other application that you installed when the same user was logged into Windows did that. Did you change any settings of the filesystem?

Sorin

Hi Sorin,
Thanks for the quick response. In fact nothing as been change on the filesystem neither does this user as windows explorer extension. The only thing i could say is that i uninstall a program similar to oXygen prior to the oXygen installation.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi,
I try to recreate the profile by removing the ntuser.dat and i was able to enter the licence information, then i only copied the minimum folders needed, desktop, favorite and only the outlook folders of the local settings. Once everything was copied i started Oxygen again, and guess what ? keep stuckin at 2%
I must say we have 15 licences and its the only time i face this problem.

Now we know that a setting of the user's profile creates the problem. You can save the profile, remove that Windows user and recreate it with the settings of the rest of the users for which oXygen starts up without problems and after that you can compare the two profiles to find the difference that creates the problem. Or we can send you a config file for enabling logging in oXygen to try to find what is causing the problem.

Hi Sorin,
We have a default account in the Active Directory that we copy for the account creation. Recreating the user account will mean that the user will lose her S-I-D with all the permissions she have. I guess we can loggin in oXygen to find out what is the problem.
Thanks,
Jeff
