How do I switch tabs with a key / keyboard shortcut?

This should be totally obvious but I can't figure it out. I want to change tabs (like which file I'm editing) with a keyboard shortcut. Like, maybe cmd-option-left to move left one tab, and cmd-option-right to move one tab to the right ...

How the heck do I do it? I can't find it anywhere, and I've looked hard. Help.

Hello,

The shortcut Ctrl + Tab switches between tabs in the order from the recent ones to the not recent ones. For the reverse order use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Tab. If you want to switch between tabs in the order from left to right or from right to left you have to click with the mouse on the Show List button at the right of the tab titles.
