I purchased Oxygen Professional this month, along with a 1 year maintenance pack. I got notification of the release of v8 today when I started Oxygen, so DL'd it and installed it, pasted my license string in the license box and am now told that my license is only good for v7.

I of course selected the 'remove old installation' option when I did the v8 install...

Please help - I need to get back to work!

A license for version 8 was sent automatically to the delivery address entered for your order, that is kgrindstaff@[your company dot com]. If you want us to change the delivery address to some other address please contact us on our support email address support at oxygenxml dot com and let us know the new address we should use further.
