Crash on insert image

Oxygen v21 (Windows 10) crashes when I attempt to insert an image. Repeatable every time. I can add a path to an image in the Text view, but I cannot use the menu to insert an image.

In the Oxygen Preferences->"Global" page there is a "Use platform file chooser" checkbox. Can you uncheck that and try again?
Also in the Oxygen main menu there is a Help->"Report problem" action. Can you report a problem using your email? The problem description can contain a link to the forum post. I'm interested in the installation details which are automatically sent to us by the problem reporter.
