Transforming to text

I can transform a document to PDF or HTML with no problem. However, when I transform the same document to text, some--but not all--of the white space between words is lost. The result is sentences in which one or two words print correctly, but then two or three words run together. This pattern alternates throughout the document. Oxygen tells me that the document is both valid and well formed. As I assume it must be since it transforms to PDF or HTML with no errors. What am I doing wrong in transforming it to text?

Hi,

Oxygen does not have a built in conversion of a general XML document to PDF, HTML or TEXT, for this you set up a transformation that can use a stylesheet and/or FOP. It is not possible to tell what the problem is without knowing what transformations have you used. Please specify what stylesheets and/or FOP have you used. Also if you can provide a sample to reproduce the problem that will be great.

Best Regards,
George
