Hi ,
I want to generate a table header like the following image:
I use the "DITA Map PDF" transformation, how can I do this in oxygen 19.0?

I do not have a public server to access.
Insert a slash in a table header(row 1 and column 1)， the following is the method using the Microsoft word:

Hi,
Besides manually adding an image in the first table cell containing those two headers and the diagonal separator, I'm not sure how this could be done.
There is a DITA Users List (Yahoo Group) to which you could register and maybe ask there, they might have better ideas than I do.
