I cannot figure out how to indent (automatically or manually) text within a <p>.
I already read the article https://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_editor/xm ... print.html
but I'm still not sure what should I do. The shortcut Ctrl+I provided there doesn't work.

Hi,

You should also try selecting the XML element, right click, Source->Format and Indent Element (Ctrl-Shift-I).
If that does not work this might mean that Oxygen considers the element to be in a space-preserve state (for example maybe you have the attribute xml:space="preserve" defined somewhere on the ancestors of the current XML element).
