Rendition-The operation failed with the following error: java.lang.NullPointerException
com.cisco.xmart.rcsi.common.MMXConnectUtil initialize
INFO: resourceRoot == E:\XMART\rcsi\conf\ || resourcePath == E:\XMART\rcsi\conf\\mmx_connect.properties

What would be the cause for this error? Can anybody help me resolve this.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I think the information you provided is insufficient. You should also mention:
1. What version of oXygen you use
2. What you do in order to get the error (as detailed as possible)
3. Maybe the full stack trace of the exception, if possible
