I have the following problem.
I have tryed the eclipsplugin version 6.2.7.
1. first problem afet eclipse restart eclipst show an error "Workspace" can't resored" ...
an all editors from last session are closed.
The second Problem is the major problem.
If I edit my stylesheet in OxygenXML Perspective an afet the first Transform or switch to OxygenDebug View the plugin will never refresh all widgets from eclipst (menuebar, toolbar, outline and the editors.
If I mimimize eclipse and restore it the, I see a litle bit from eclipse an a litle from my desktop. Eclispse is not frozzen!!! If I move my mouse over some eclipse part it will be shown and works well.

I use suse linx 10 and kde 3.5
An now Im going back to plugin version 6.1.0 -> all is OK !

Any Idea ??

What version of Eclipse do you have? oXygen 6.2.7 should work with Eclipse 3.1.

First I have used Eclipse 3.1 , and I had this problem too.
Now I use Eclipse 3.1.1.
The whole day I use oxygen plugin version 6.1.0 with eclipse 3.1.1 and it works well!

Ok . I have try it.
first I get this error on Eclipse Startup:
Could not restore workbench layout:
Deteils:
Problems occurred restoring workbench.
Unable to restore perspective: Workspace - oXygen XML.
Could not create view: com.oxygenxml.editor.view.OxygenDPIView
Could not create view: com.oxygenxml.editor.view.OxygenDPIView
Could not create view: com.oxygenxml.editor.view.OxygenDPIView
Could not create view: com.oxygenxml.editor.view.OxygenDPIView
Could not find view: com.oxygenxml.editor.view.OxygenDPIView

and after using Oxygen plugin e.g "Transform a styelsheet" then take a other App. in Front of my screen (eg. firefox for preview) and the go back to eclipse .
I have too a dirty screen .

After go back to 6.1.0 all is OK!

We got the screenshot so you can delete it.
We will try to reproduce that. The exceptions you get first are I would say normal as the id of the plugin is changed and Eclipse cannot restore the layout that had visible views in the old plugin. To avoid that you need to close all the views/perspectives of a plugin when you uninstall that plugin. Apart from that, do you get anything in the Error Log View? Do you get this problem also with a very simple transformation or by transforming [oxygen]/samples/personal.xml with the [oxygen]/samples/personal.xsl?

Ok.
In the LogView I get no Error!
The transformation is fine executed.
If I move my Mouse over all sections of the screen or take a grippy and move a frame i get the right view an I can work on.
The next tie i do transform or go to debug view I get the dirty view too.

If you need more help to reproduce this bug, let it me know.


At this time I evaluating your plugin.
My company will buy 6-8 plugin licences.
