Hi

I copied ands pasted a table into oXygen from a Word doc. The problem is the table doesn't have a header row. Is there any way I can make the first row a header row? I don't want to recopy and paste the table from the Word doc, because it is very long, and I have made many changes to it in oXygen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

As you did not mention the XML vocabulary you are using I will assume it is DITA or Docbook.
You should select the entire table row that you want to make a header row (click just before the row or click in the Outline), then right click, Table Properties, go to the Row tab and change the row type to header row.
