I am having problems validating XML documents against a URL based DTD.

I get the following error.

Error va.net.ConnectException-Connection timed out: connect web.xml test/test/WEB-INF

I have the proxy settings configured and have supplied the required user name and password.

On sniffing the network, the proxy is never accessed - it tries to go direct.

Anyone else seen something similar/got a resolution?

Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We will make today a beta2 release of the 2.0.3 version that will contain the fix.
