I just upgraded to MAC OS Yosemite version 10.10.

After this, oXygen (and other bundled Java applications) crashes:

Dyld Error Message:
Symbol not found: _CGContextSetAllowsAcceleration
Referenced from: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0_33-b03-424.jdk/Contents/Libraries/libawt.jnilib
Expected in: /System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/ApplicationServices

This was effectively solved by upgrading JAVA at:

Hello,

Yes, indeed there are some issues on Mac OS X Yosemite while using older Java versions.
Java 1.6.0_65-b14-462 and older builds are known to crash on OS X Yosemite (10.10).
However, these issues are solved by the latest build released by Apple.

There is a red Note under "Requirements" with the solution related to this issue, even on the oXygen XML Editor download page for MAC OS X|.
