Missing error messages and search results

I have tried Oxygen 6.0 but was obliged to revert to 5.1. I found that error messages from validations and results of searches no longer appear as they did formerly, in a separate window at the bottom of the display, or anywhere else that is accessible. A cursory search of the documentation for 6.0 turned up nothing to illuminate this issue. Am I missing something?

Hello,
It is a problem related with importing the user preferences created by the version 5. There is a workaround: close <oXygen/> 6, rename the directory
com.oxygenxml located in the
user.home directory, start <oXygen/> 6 again. To find the
user.home directory look at the system property with the same name in Help - About - System properties. Doing that you will avoid the bug but you will lose the 5.1 preferences. If you want to keep the preferences and not wait until the next release of <oXygen/> please replace the file
oxygen.jar from the directory
[oXygen-install-dir]/lib with the following patch:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/update/dalton/oxygen.jar
